Lauren Janush is a Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist Advanced Practice Nurse who treats children and adolescents up to age 18. She earned her Master's degree in Nursing from Yale University, specializing in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. She provides medication evaluations and management to active patients at Pathways.  Lauren treats anxiety, depression, autism/ASD, ADD/ADHD and OCD, as well as other psychiatric disorders first diagnosed in childhood.  She is also trained in play  family therapy, behavioral and CBT therapies. Lauren's approach to treating children and adolescents with mental health needs is a comprehensive and holistic one. She believes therapy, sleep, diet, lifestyle and family participation are integral to a child's mental health and should always be considered when weighing/developing treatment options that may include medications.
